Distressed Property Acquisition Specialist

(Cold Caller & Closer | Real Base + Industry-Leading Commission | Build a Career, Not Just a Pipeline)

What You’ll Do

100+ live outbound calls/day to distressed property owners (unpaid taxes, inherited, title issues, etc.)

Full-cycle ownership: From first contact through negotiation to close—no handoffs, no excuses

Pipeline management: You track every lead, every call, and every deal in real-time

Performance-driven: All numbers are tracked and visible; your income and advancement are tied to your results, not time-in-seat
