About the Company

We are a fast-growing global prop-tech and risk management platform that provides intelligent tools for short-term rental hosts and property managers. Our system processes high volumes of bookings daily, connecting with major property management systems (PMS) and using AI-driven risk assessment to verify guests, reduce fraud, and prevent property damage.

We’re scaling rapidly and looking for a senior-level Bubble & Xano expert to help expand and optimise our platform as we grow internationally.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of building and maintaining complex Bubble front-end applications with Xano as the backend, integrating third-party services, AI models, and real-time data flows.
This is a hands-on role that requires architectural thinking, deep technical knowledge of no-code scalability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimise Bubble applications powered by Xano backends.

Integrate AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Make/Zapier).

Maintain high-performing database structures, workflows, and security logic.

Develop integrations with external systems and PMS APIs (Guesty, Lodgify, Uplisting, etc.).

Collaborate with the product and QA teams to deliver tested, scalable solutions.

Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and automation workflows.

Produce clear technical documentation for all logic, data flows, and integrations.

Requirements

Expert-level experience with both ---------- and Xano — must have delivered large, production-grade apps.

Demonstrated experience with AI integrations and API orchestration.

Strong understanding of data structures, user authentication, and workflow optimisation.

Knowledge of webhooks, backend logic, and multi-environment deployments.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving product environment.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Certifications in Bubble and/or Xano are a strong advantage.

Must work exclusively full-time — no side projects, freelancing, or agency involvement.
