We Are Hiring: Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Expertise (30-40 hours per week)

We are currently looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant with a strong background in graphic design and digital content creation. This role involves designing banners, advertisements, packaging, and marketing materials, as well as assisting with product research, competitor analysis, and digital file management. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and the ability to organize and manage files systematically.

In this role you will be engaged in various activities such as:
• Design new banners, advertisements and other marketing related designs.
• Conduct research and competitor trends for product listings.
• Prepare detailed photography briefs for product shoots.
• Perform basic image editing such as color correction, background removal, and shadow adjustments. Perform advanced image editing in photoshop such as product image improvements.
• Create barcodes using provided templates and product information.
• Create, update and adjust packaging and instruction manuals.
• Generate creative visuals using AI tools.
• Organize files systematically and archive old files.
• Create product and packaging mockups.
• And more.
This is you:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of other Adobe programs is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and reliably meet deadlines.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism in handling and organizing design files.

• You may combine the AI-generated visual with your own design or layout.
• Goal: demonstrate your ability to creatively use AI for brand enhancement.
Submission Requirements:
• File format: PNG or JPEG
• Add a short explanation (max. 3 lines) for each visual describing your design choices.
• Submit all visuals in one organized folder (or shared link).
• Total time spent should not exceed 30 minutes.
