Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $2–$3 USD per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

About the Role

We are a U.S.-based company seeking a motivated and professional Scheduler / Intake Specialist to join our growing remote team.
You will be responsible for calling leads who respond to our online marketing, gathering key intake information, and scheduling appointments through our GoHighLevel CRM system.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with new leads who inquire about services.

Gather and enter client details accurately into GoHighLevel CRM.

Qualify potential clients using intake scripts and training materials.

Schedule consultations or follow-up calls with tea ---------- mbers.

Confirm appointments and send reminders.

Maintain a professional, empathetic tone when speaking with clients.

Provide daily updates and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and friendly).

Previous experience in scheduling, appointment setting, or client intake preferred.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently and follow procedures accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must have a reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.

Availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

$2–$3 USD per hour, depending on experience.
