VOCO Solutions is a U.S.-based mortgage brokerage that specializes in helping real estate investors secure funding for DSCR, fix & flip, and rate/term loans. We work with multiple lenders, each with their own unique set of guidelines, and pride ourselves on providing fast, accurate, and professional service to our clients.
We’re currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and eager to learn the mortgage process inside and out.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily inbox communications and respond promptly to clients, lenders, and partners.
-Send reminders to borrowers for missing documents, signatures, or application updates.
-Collect and organize borrower documents through
-Assist with loan pricing and prepare preliminary term sheets for borrower review.
-Maintain detailed notes and status updates for each active loan file.
-Communicate with multiple lenders and ensure compliance with their specific guidelines.
-Track deadlines, follow-ups, and pipeline milestones to ensure smooth loan progress.
-Provide general administrative support as needed (calendar management, CRM updates, etc.).
Qualifications
-Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
-Experience working in mortgage, lending, or real estate is highly preferred.
-Must be extremely organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
-Comfortable learning and navigating new systems (
-Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is crucial in this role.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
-Stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
