About the role
We buy distressed real estate. You’ll convert leads to signed agreements and, as you perform, lead a small caller pod.
What you’ll do
Call inbound/outbound leads, set qualified appointments, close deals
Improve scripts & rebuttals; coach 2–5 callers; run quick daily huddles
Track KPIs (talk time, set rate, show rate, contracts); keep CRM notes clean
Work U.S. hours (CST); follow up fast; hit weekly targets
You are
Talkative, persuasive, coachable, competitive. Strong English, confident on the phone, organized, reliable internet (?50 Mbps), quiet workspace.
Not a fit if
You only read scripts, avoid KPIs, miss follow-ups, or need hand-holding.
Compensation
Base hourly + uncapped commission. Team override when promoted to lead (paid on pod performance). Clear promotion path.
