AI Integration & Implementation Virtual Assistant (Sora, n8n, & Emerging AI Tools)

We’re now building a powerful AI ecosystem across our businesses — and we’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy AI Implementation Assistant to help us stay ahead of the curve.

???? What You’ll Do

Your role blends three key areas: AI research, automation, and education.
You’ll explore the latest tools, document them clearly, and implement the ones that make our company smarter and more efficient.

Core Responsibilities

Stay on top of every major AI release and trend — summarize weekly “What’s new in AI” reports tailored to our business.

Create short Loom videos or briefs explaining each tool’s use case.

Build workflows and automations using n8n, Zapier, or Make.

Use Sora, Runway, HeyGen, or Pika to generate engaging AI videos for marketing and training.

Implement automations that connect ChatGPT, Canva, CRMs, and social platforms.

Maintain a Notion-based “AI Hub” tracking tools, prompts, and workflows.

Integrate GoHighLevel, Bonzo, and other CRMs with AI chat or voice tools (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Chatbase).

Assist in building and refining lead generation, client nurturing, and content automation systems.

Provide weekly recommendations on new AI tools and how they can benefit Do Good Mortgage, Reverse Mortgage Clarity, and Do Good Recklessly.

Test emerging platforms and prepare short “AI opportunity briefs” outlining ROI and potential implementation.

1–3 years of experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or digital marketing

Excellent English and communication skills

Clear explainer / teacher mindset — you can make complex tech simple

Strong organizational skills with a love for documentation

Self-motivated, curious, and always experimenting with new tech

Bonus: experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services

Full-time: $1,000–$1,800/month (based on experience and output)

Performance bonuses for successful automations or high-impact AI discoveries

Long-term, growth-oriented role — potential to evolve into AI Operations Manager
