About Garaginization & The Closet Shop
We’re scaling premium garage organization and custom closet brands, currently in 5 markets (Dallas, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Orlando) with plans to grow to 15+ in the next 18 months. We’ve proven the model and now need help building the systems to scale nationally.
The Opportunity
Start with foundational work and grow into marketing leadership.
• Months 1–3: Marketing & Business Operations Technician (data, KPIs, vendor coordination)
• Months 3–6: Marketing Coordinator (vendor ownership, optimization, campaign support)
• Months 6–12: Marketing Manager (run day-to-day marketing operations)
We work in quarterly sprints with measurable goals and clear advancement criteria.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain weekly marketing KPI scorecards (Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and lead volume across multiple markets
• Identify performance trends and flag issues early
• Track business metrics like revenue by market and service line
• Manage vendor deliverables and hold partners accountable
• Keep marketing assets organized and accessible
• Support strategy execution with the fractional CMO
Requirements
• Analytical mindset – you notice patterns and question why numbers change
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail – data accuracy is non-negotiable
• Tech-savvy – can learn tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, and spreadsheets quickly
• Self-directed, reliable, and eager to grow
• Must have at least 4–5 hours overlap with US Central Time (9am–2pm CT)
Marketing Knowledge (Basic Understanding)
• SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and sales funnels
• The connection between leads, conversions, and revenue
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, or CRMs
Compensation & Growth
This is a results-driven role with a clear advancement path and quarterly reviews.
Months 1–3: $1,000–$1,500/month (20–25 hours/week)
Focus: mastering data accuracy, reporting consistency, and tools.
Months 3–6: $1,500–$1,800/month (25–30 hours/week)
Focus: leading vendor communications, identifying optimizations, supporting planning.
Months 6–12: $2,000–$2,800/month (full-time)
Focus: managing all marketing operations, vendor accountability, and market launches.
Growth is tied to performance, not time served. Hit your targets early, and you’ll advance early.
Work Details
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Part-time to start, full-time as you advance
• Contract: 2-week paid trial ? 12-month engagement with quarterly reviews
