Our mission is to provide exceptional value to our clients through collaboration. We are seeking a proactive and creative Outreach and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description: As the Outreach and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing cold outreach to real estate agents, mortgage specialists, and construction company managers. Your primary objective will be to schedule meetings that foster partnerships and enhance our service offerings. Additionally, you will craft engaging content for LinkedIn to keep our brand in front of these professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify and compile a list of potential real estate agents, mortgage specialists, and construction managers for cold outreach.
Initiate cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn content to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships with industry professionals.
Develop and maintain a database of contacts, tracking outreach efforts and meeting schedules.
Collaborate with the team to create outreach materials and presentations.
Follow up on leads and manage ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
Analyze outreach metrics and provide insights to improve strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold outreach, marketing, or sales coordination, preferably within real estate or related industries.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, with a knack for creating engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using tools like HUBSPOT, Linked In, Gmail
