Beyond RxWellness, we manage other growing brands — including Rxponential and RxWellness Med Spa — focused on advancing natural healthcare and scaling high-performing wellness practices.
Our mission is to combine data, marketing automation, and business strategy to fuel national expansion. To accomplish this, we’re looking for a HubSpot Growth Engineer — someone who’s deeply skilled in HubSpot architecture, automation, and reporting, and ready to grow alongside a world-class team.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Versatile HubSpot Specialist / Engineer with at least 2–3 years of experience using HubSpot at a professional level.
You should be highly capable of:
- Setting up and managing workflows, automations, and custom properties
- Building and maintaining CRM integrations and data syncs
- Designing custom dashboards, attribution reports, and analytics views
- Implementing lead scoring systems, lifecycle stages, and segmentation logic
- Managing marketing, sales, and service hubs to align with company goals
- Integrating external systems and data sources into HubSpot using APIs or native connectors
This is a contract-to-hire role that starts with a 1-month performance trial and can transition to a full-time, salaried role based on results.

Key Qualities
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of HubSpot’s core tools (Workflows, Custom Properties, Lists, Campaigns, Dashboards).
- Integration Mindset: Experience connecting HubSpot to other systems such as Google Sheets, CRMs, or data platforms via API, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to track KPIs, build attribution reports, and optimize for conversions.
- Process-Driven: Ability to organize, document, and standardize workflows and automations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English to collaborate with U.S. executives and technical teams.
- Time Management: Consistent ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results fast.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional HubSpot experience
- Experience in data integration or HubSpot API use
- Skilled in CRM automation, custom properties, workflows, and reporting
- Comfortable managing multiple brands in one HubSpot portal
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Willingness to perform a trial project as part of the application process
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week minimum)
