JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
I run a growing portfolio of businesses including Stan store (digital products, ebooks, and education resources), Autism Charity (charity/social enterprise), and Shopify store (Shopify merch). We sell globally, with a focus on education, autism support, and digital transformation.
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our digital marketing, ecommerce, and content operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves organisation, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently use digital tools to execute marketing tasks.

Responsibilities
You will support day-to-day operations across education and ecommerce businesses, including:
Marketing & Content
Schedule and post content via Practina (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
Create simple graphics in Canva (based on templates provided).
Repurpose ebooks into social content (quotes, tips, reels).
Sales Funnels & E-Commerce
Upload ebooks, lead magnets, and bundles into Stan Store.
Set up and monitor email automations (welcome flows, abandoned carts).
Assist with Shopify (online store) — product uploads, descriptions, discounts.

Ads & Campaigns
Assist with Facebook/Instagram ads setup and monitoring.
Track KPIs (leads, sales, ad spend) in Google Sheets weekly.
Research keywords for Google Ads (training will be provided).

Admin & Research
Research autism/education grants and maintain a tracker.
Manage Trello/Asana task board (move tasks, update status).
Perform basic competitor/market research.

Requirements
Strong written English (must be able to proofread posts and emails).
Confident with Canva, Google Sheets/Docs, and Trello/Asana.
Experience with at least one: Stan Store, Shopify, email tools, or Meta Ads Manager.
Reliable internet and consistent availability.
Self-starter with ability to follow SOPs (standard operating procedures).

Preferred (Bonus Skills)
Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads.
Familiar with OnlineJobs.ph clients in education/e-commerce.
Knowledge of grant research or admin support for charities.

Work Hours
Flexible, approx. 20 hours/week (with potential to grow into full-time).
Must overlap at least 2–3 hours/day UK time (GMT/BST) for check-ins.

Salary & Benefits
Starting rate: $4–$6/hour (depending on experience).
Paid weekly via Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal.
Opportunity for pay increases as business scales.
Long-term role with potential to grow into Operations Manager position.
