JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary
F7 Structures LLC partners with homebuilders to value engineer floor plans for efficiency and cost
savings. We focus on smart, well-designed homes that balance aesthetics, functionality, and
affordability. Our team thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation in residential
construction.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong eye for design and a desire to learn the technical
side of homebuilding. This role blends creative and analytical work—ideal for someone who enjoys
both design visualization and data organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Create basic floor plans and produce interior and exterior renderings for residential projects.
• Run basic takeoffs using our internal software tools (training provided).
• Help identify design efficiencies and assist in cost-optimization tasks.
• Keep project files organized and communicate updates clearly with the team.
Ideal Candidate Traits
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the homebuilding field.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Experience with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus, but not required.
