JOB OVERVIEW

Yotomations LLC is a fast-growing AI and automation agency helping businesses streamline operations using n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), and custom AI solutions. We design intelligent systems that connect CRMs, APIs, and AI tools like OpenAI, Twilio, Vapi, OCR Systems and more, transforming manual workflows into fully automated, scalable solutions. You’ll be working on real automation projects for across marketing, SaaS, and service industries.

Your Role
We’re looking for a full-time n8n Developer who’s passionate about building smart automations, connecting APIs, and experimenting with AI-powered workflows. You’ll design, deploy, and maintain automations that power CRM systems, data pipelines, chat/voice AI agents, and business logic across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do?
Build and optimize n8n workflows for automation, data syncing, and process optimization
Integrate APIs between tools like GoHighLevel, Supabase, Google Sheets, Yelp, Twilio, Slack, and More.
Develop AI-driven workflows for chatbots, document parsing, or lead enrichment
Set up and maintain self-hosted n8n servers using Docker (Render, Railway, or VPS)
Troubleshoot environment, webhook, and database issues
Create custom JavaScript/TypeScript code nodes and modular automation components
Write clear workflow documentation and version control with GitHub

Required Skills
Strong experience with n8n (cloud or self-hosted)
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for n8n code nodes
Hands-on experience with Docker, Node.js, and Linux-based environments
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot self-hosted servers
Familiarity with PostgreSQL/Supabase for structured data
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL API, workflows, webhooks)
Familiarity with Voice APIs like VAPI, Retell.
Understanding of LangChain or RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines
Experience deploying with Render, Railway, or VPS hosting
Knowledge of CI/CD and Git version control
