AI is transforming e-commerce creative, and we are leading the charge. We are a rapidly scaling 8-figure digital marketing agency specializing in high-performance e-commerce advertising. We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Digital Content Editor to join our team.
This role is critical for scaling our video content strategy, focusing heavily on generating compelling, high-converting video assets using cutting-edge AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
AI Video Production: Edit, iterate, and rapidly produce video ads and short-form content by leveraging AI platforms (such as Hedra AI, Sora, Veo3) to generate and manipulate visuals and sequences.
Prompt Engineering & Asset Creation: Utilize tools like Midjourney and other generative AI platforms to create specific, high-quality static and video assets for integration into final edits.
E-commerce Performance Editing: Edit videos (UGC, short-form, long-form) specifically for e-commerce conversion, implementing proven direct-response (DR) strategies, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and compelling narrative structures.
Testing & Optimization: Work closely with our media buying and creative teams to produce multiple variants for A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to future edits.
Workflow Management: Maintain an efficient, high-volume production pipeline to meet aggressive content creation targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience, with a significant portfolio demonstrating e-commerce or direct-response marketing success.
AI Proficiency (Mandatory): Must be highly proficient and actively experienced with generative video AI tools (e.g., Hedra AI, Sora, Veo3) and image/asset generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E 3).
E-commerce Acumen: Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS), and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Technical Expertise: Mastery of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Independent & Driven: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and take full ownership of projects from concept to final export.
