Develop user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
Define and maintain the app’s design system, color palette, typography, and component library.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of UX research, user flows, and interaction design principles.
Portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist, and user-friendly designs.
Understanding of responsive layouts, accessibility standards, and dark/light mode design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with design systems for hybrid apps (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
Familiarity with gamification, AI interfaces, or profile-driven social features.
Passion for building inclusive experiences for the LGBTQ+ community.
Compensation
Flexible structure (contract or part-time).
Potential for long-term role as the product scales.
Competitive pay based on experience and scope.
