About Us:

RecycleGO and its Sinansys product are transforming global supply chains through cutting-edge technology. By integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, we empower companies to build climate-resilient, transparent, and traceable logistics systems.
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can serve as a right-hand partner to the founder—driving marketing execution, managing workflow systems like HubSpot, and helping take these world-changing platforms to market.

Your Role:

You’ll support the founder in both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. From managing communications to running digital campaigns and making sure no email or task falls through the cracks, your role will be key to making things move efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:
- Serve as a core partner to the founder in the "design and deployment of go-to-market strategies" across RecycleGO and Sinansys.
- Own scheduling, email triage, and task prioritization to free up the founder’s time for strategic work.
- Help organize ideas, documents, and next steps across multiple tracks of work (product, business development, investor relations).

Marketing & HubSpot Campaigns:

- Build, launch, and monitor "HubSpot marketing campaigns" (email, landing pages, sequences, lead capture).
- Draft and schedule "social media posts", newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate digital marketing projects, including webinars, product launches, and conference participation.

Content & Brand Development:

- Assist with developing pitch decks, one-pagers, and thought leadership materials for RecycleGO and Sinansys.
- Manage and maintain brand templates and assets across internal and public-facing materials.

Communication & Inbox Management:

- Proactively manage the founder’s email inbox, flagging priorities, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain communication workflows with key stakeholders including partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years in an executive assistant, operations, or startup marketing role
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace, and social media tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and ownership of tasks
- Experience working remotely with founders or leadership teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with sustainability, supply chains, or emerging tech like blockchain/AI
