At Cleaned Pristine Solutions, we help Tampa-area businesses keep their facilities spotless — from offices and gyms to schools and medical spaces. We’re growing fast and need a driven, confident Sales VA to help us connect with more local companies.

The Role

You’ll be our front-line communicator — calling, messaging, and emailing potential clients to schedule walkthroughs and quotes. You’ll nurture leads, update the CRM, and follow up until they’re ready to book.

Key Duties

Make outbound cold calls to business owners and facility managers

Qualify leads and set appointments for estimates and walk-throughs

Send follow-up emails and texts to keep leads engaged

Maintain CRM records and daily activity tracking

Report KPIs (dials, conversations, appointments, closes) to management

You Are

Fluent in spoken and written English — confident phone voice required

2+ years experience in B2B sales or appointment setting

Comfortable using CRMs and dialer tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Aircall etc.)

Motivated by goals, bonuses, and daily performance targets

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Schedule & Compensation

Monday -Friday 10am-4pm -(30 hrs/wk) — U.S. Eastern Time overlap required
