JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, I need someone to help me with my business. The job would entail cold calling all day to try and get me leads. I run a rental arbitrage business which means I go to landlords and apartment complexes and try to get them to give me a corporate lease and then I run a short term rental business out of those units.
This job includes analyzing the markets that I tell you to, using different internet sources and software and then contacting companies through cold calling (this part is all sales and the most important part of my business so it has to be done well) sending follow up emails as well as keeping track of everything in google sheets and staying in communication with me when you get potential leads. Your calls will be recorded and you time working will be monitored though timedoctor.
Basically, you would be my right hand man. If all goes well, I would hand over more aspects of the business further down the line.

VA must have very strong English
I will give a $50 bonus for any lead that follows through and I sign with.
