We’re a performance-based paid ads agency that runs campaigns for eCommerce and service brands across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
We’re hiring a Senior Creative Ad Strategist who can bridge data, creative, and copy — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert.
This is a senior-level position. You’ll own the creative direction for client campaigns — from analyzing performance data and developing new ad concepts to writing the copy and briefing the creative team.
Responsibilities
Audit ad accounts to identify winning and underperforming creative trends (hooks, angles, visuals, CTAs).
Write all ad copy across platforms — hooks, captions, headlines, UGC scripts, and landing page messaging.
Develop creative testing roadmaps and ad concept matrices for each client.
Translate data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into actionable creative insights.
Write detailed creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators.
Collaborate with Media Buyers to plan and scale winning creatives.
Maintain an organized creative library segmented by concept, format, and platform.
Conduct competitor and trend research to inspire new angles.
Oversee quality control for all creative and copy before launch.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in a performance-driven ad agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting and paid social frameworks.
Ability to turn data insights into creative concepts and persuasive copy.
Proven experience writing high-performing ad copy for Meta or TikTok.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
Excellent English grammar, tone, and storytelling skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands.
Bonus Skills
Experience managing or sourcing UGC creators.
Familiarity with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.).
Understanding of ad psychology, buyer awareness, and retention structures.
Knowledge of tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, and Google Drive.
Schedule
Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
Must overlap with EST (9 AM – 5 PM) for meetings and collaboration
Must be responsive and detail-oriented — this role requires daily communication with Media Buyers and the Creative Team
Compensation
$4.50–$11/hr USD (depending on experience and skill level)
Performance bonuses tied to creative KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS improvements, etc.)
