JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable, English-fluent Virtual Assistant with a proven background in sales to handle daily outreach, lead generation, and communication tasks for my company.

You’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and closing high-quality leads through multiple channels — including email, Instagram DMs, phone calls, and other outreach platforms — using a company-provided email address and U.S. phone number.

Your goal is to find potential clients, qualify their interest, close simple deals, and forward the confirmed clients to me so we can complete their project and move them through fulfillment.

You will not be doing any design or website work — this position is strictly for outreach, sales, communication, and lead generation.

Your Daily Tasks:

Send 20–30 personalized emails per day using templates and leads provided.

Make 10–20 short phone calls per day to confirm contact info, introduce our service, and close or forward interested leads.

Send direct messages (DMs) via Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.

Follow up with all replies from email, DM, and phone outreach.

Keep all activity logged and organized in Google Sheets or Notion.

Communicate with prospects professionally using the company email, DMs, and phone system.

Keep clear daily records of calls made, emails sent, DMs sent, and responses received.

Requirements (Sales-Proven Applicants Only):

Proven sales experience — outbound calling, appointment setting, or similar roles.

Must provide proof of performance (metrics like deals closed, daily calls made, appointments set, or revenue generated).

Comfortable handling objections, following scripts, and closing simple offers.

Strong spoken and written English — clear, confident, and natural-sounding voice for U.S. calls.

Confident communicating through email, DMs, and cold calls.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Organized, self-managed, and driven — must hit daily outreach targets.

Experience with Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM tools is a plus.

Must be available during U.S. daytime hours (9AM–6PM EST) to make calls when prospects are open.
