Job Title: CPA Legal Assistant (Night Shift – Philippines-Based)
Location: Remote (Philippines-Based) / Firm Location is Florida
Work Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone)

We are seeking an excellent communicator who is highly organized, and tech-savvy to be a CPA Legal Assistant supporting our clients and legal team during U.S. business hours.
Position Summary:
The CPA Legal Assistant will be responsible for working directly with clients to gather, organize, analyze, and prepare documentation necessary for divorce litigation. This role is client-facing and requires frequent communication via phone and Zoom. The successful candidate will have several years of experience working night shifts and will be comfortable maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism during U.S. working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication & Document Collection
o Conduct intake meetings with clients via Zoom and phone.
o Clearly explain document requests and follow up persistently until documents are received.
o Provide support and clarification to clients who may be unfamiliar with legal or financial documents.
• Document Management & Organization
o Organize and categorize client-submitted documents in accordance with firm protocols.
o Maintain accurate records of document collection progress and client interactions.
• Data Analysis & Presentation
o Review and analyze collected documents to identify key financial or factual information.
o Summarize findings and organize them into structured formats using templates provided by the firm.
o Prepare persuasive and professional presentation packages for court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaboration & Training
o Participate in regular tea
o Follow established procedures and quality standards set by the legal team.
o Provide input and feedback to improve internal processes and client service.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working night shifts (preferably with customer/client interaction).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an accounting position.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with clients via Zoom and phone.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF editing, Dropbox, and file management systems.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
• Prior experience in family law or legal document management is a benefit.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $1,733 per month, plus 13th-month pay in December. Paid time off includes American holidays and 3 weeks of paid vacation.
