About Us
We are a US-based performance marketing agency that helps B2B and eCommerce brands grow through paid ads, content, and automation. Our clients include SaaS startups, professional service businesses, and online retailers across the US, Canada, and Europe.
We are looking for a Client Onboarding and Project Manager to help organize our internal systems, manage communication with clients, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your Role
You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our internal team. You will ensure that new clients are onboarded properly, deadlines are met, and deliverables are communicated clearly. You will be responsible for maintaining close communication with clients, often daily, to provide updates and gather necessary feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and onboard new clients after they sign up
Collect required assets such as brand materials, ad accounts, and product details
Coordinate between clients and our creative and media teams
Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal checklists
Keep clients informed through daily or weekly updates
Maintain organization in project management tools
Review deliverables before sending them to clients to ensure quality and accuracy
Stay in constant communication with the CEO and COO to update on client statuses, issues, and progress
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident in client communication. You must be comfortable speaking directly with clients and internal leadership.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and time management
Experience in client management or project coordination
Confidence managing multiple clients at once
Familiarity with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or GoHighLevel
Ability to adapt to Eastern Standard Time (EST) as much as possible
Must be available to communicate with the CEO and COO at all times during working hours
Bonus Points
Experience working in a marketing agency environment
Understanding of ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google
Basic design or copywriting skills for reviewing creatives
