We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Manager to help grow a conglomerate of lifestyle e-commerce websites that share similar branding, audiences, and products. Each sister site focuses on a unique niche, but the marketing and creative direction remain consistent across all.
Our websites are primarily geared toward women, so you must have a keen eye for aesthetics that appeal to female audiences — from clean product visuals and soft color palettes to modern, engaging social media content.
You’ll work closely with our web developer to keep content aligned, pages optimized, and visuals consistent across all sites. This is a long-term position for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, understands e-commerce marketing, and enjoys building brand consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
???? Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Pinterest, TikTok, and Instagram for multiple sister brands.
Repurpose videos, photos, and blogs across sites while maintaining each brand’s tone and feel.
Research trending sounds, hashtags, and visual styles that appeal to women’s lifestyle, bridal, and gifting audiences.
Design cohesive graphics and pins using Canva or similar tools.
???? Website & Blog Management
Upload products, edit collections, and publish blog posts on Shopify for each website.
Collaborate with the web developer to ensure updates, layouts, and visuals are optimized for performance and design consistency.
Write SEO-friendly product descriptions, headlines, and blog articles.
Manage homepage updates, seasonal collections, and featured content across all sites.
???? SEO & Analytic
Conduct keyword research for blog and product visibility.
Optimize site pages, blogs, and media for search engines (titles, meta tags, alt text).
Track analytics from Pinterest, TikTok, and Shopify to measure engagement and conversions.
???? Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain brand cohesion.
Assist with influencer outreach, affiliate management, and content calendars.
Help coordinate blog topics, launch campaigns, and marketing updates.
Skills Required
Strong English communication and writing skills
Experience managing Pinterest, TikTok, and Shopify accounts
Working knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
Creative and visual sense — especially appealing to women’s markets
Skilled in Canva, basic image editing, and visual layout
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
