JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support business development and PR outreach. You’ll be helping a U.S.-based interior design and development firm with outreach to developers, podcasts, and speaking platforms. This role blends research, communication, and coordination. Ideal for someone who loves connecting dots and making sure details don’t slip through the cracks. This role has the potential to transition from part time to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business development leads (developers, construction companies, industry partnerships).
Reach out to podcasts, speaking events, and media outlets for guest opportunities.
Manage email outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
Track all activity and status updates in Google Sheets.
Maintain organized records of conversations, contact lists, and booked opportunities.
Schedule and confir ---------- etings or interviews as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail . Must track progress accurately.
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
Confidence in managing outreach workflows.
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
Positive, resourceful, and self-motivated attitude.

***Bonus Points (Not Required but Nice to Have)
Experience in real estate, design, or development-related research.
Familiarity with podcast or PR booking outreach.
Prior experience assisting executives or managing CRM tools.
