About the Role
We’re a spiritual wellness brand looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care and Marketing Assistant to nurture our customer inbox and assist with Kajabi’s back-office, marketing and automation flow. This role focuses on creating peace and efficiency — for both our clients and our internal team — by ensuring that every customer feels seen, supported, and guided with clarity.
We’re seeking a marketing-minded Kajabi professional who understands behavior-based automation and loves data as much as storytelling. You’ll help refine our evergreen funnels and craft gentle, conversion-ready customer journeys inspired by Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy style — grounded, empathic, and behavioral strategy-driven.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the client care inbox with warmth, professionalism, and healthy boundaries.
- Review Kajabi contact histories before replying and document all resolutions when applicable.
- Build, test, and optimize behavioral automations, tagging and nurture funnels inside Kajabi.
- Schedule and segment
- Track performance metrics and report weekly trends (open rates, conversions, etc.).
- Suggest creative improvements that enhance customer experience, conversion and brand flow.
- Coordinate with leadership on campaigns, content schedules, and audience engagement.
You Are
- Fluent in English (written + spoken) with natural emotional intelligence.
- Already proficient in Kajabi, including automations, offers, analytics, and
- Familiar with Amy Porterfield–style behavioral marketing and gentle conversion strategies.
- Spiritually open and aligned with wellness-based, heart-centered brands.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable — you notice details others miss.
- Calm, kind, and grounded, yet confident enough to uphold healthy boundaries.
- Excited by behavioral based marketing, data, structure, storytelling, and service.
Hours & Growth
10 hours per week (2 hours per day × 5 days) to start as a trial period.
Flexible schedule within agreed time blocks.
Opportunity to grow into a full-time Marketing or Operations Lead role as the brand expands.
