We are looking for a creative and strategic powerhouse to become the engine behind our social media presence. This isn't just a scheduling role; it's a core creative partnership. You will be responsible for architecting our content strategy, generating viral-ready ideas, and managing the entire content pipeline so that our principal can focus on recording and presenting. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Ideation (70% of Role):
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with our brand voice and growth goals.
Generate a constant stream of innovative content ideas including skits, trending takes, educational pieces, and reaction videos.
Provide fully-formed content briefs for each idea, including:
A compelling, thumb-stopping Hook.
The core Concept and key talking points.
Proactively source and propose viral videos, tweets, and
Conduct trend forecasting to keep our content ahead of the curve.
Content Production Support & Management (30% of Role):
Schedule and publish all content across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram,
Provide clear, concise titles, descriptions, and hashtags optimized for each platform.
Monitor comments and engagement, flagging critical interactions for the principal to respond to.
Track content performance and provide weekly insights on what’s working and why.
Who You Are:
You’re a "Idea Machine" – you have a notes app full of video concepts and hooks.
You spend significant time on social media and have an intuitive understanding of what makes content go viral on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
You don’t just identify trends; you rapidly reverse-engineer them into actionable ideas for our brand.
You are highly organized and can manage a complex content calendar without missing a beat.
You are a clear communicator and can provide creative direction effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role (content creation, social media management) with a portfolio of successful content.
Deep familiarity with the best practices, algorithms, and cultures of TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts), and
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft hooks that grab attention in under 3 seconds.
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush) to provide rough cuts or visual references.
Experience in Real Estate Investing.
