JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a GoHighLevel pro who thrives on building powerful systems, automations, and AI tools that help businesses scale?
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & GHL Specialist to join our fast-growing, remote team.

You’ll support an executive and business coach who helps entrepreneurs and agencies grow through systems, automation, and leadership development.
If you love solving tech challenges, connecting tools, and turning business ideas into seamless automated systems — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize AI Agents (chat and voice) and IVR flows within GoHighLevel.

Develop and manage automation workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns to support client business processes.

Proactively identify what needs to be built inside GHL — without waiting for detailed step-by-step instructions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring smooth performance across all systems.

Collaborate with the team to improve workflows, integrations, and automations.

Implement client projects following CRM, automation, and marketing best practices.

Stay up to date with new GHL features and recommend ways to leverage them for better efficiency and growth.

Requirements

Proven GoHighLevel Specialist with deep platform expertise.

Hands-on experience building AI chat and voice bots, IVR systems, and advanced automations.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead nurturing, pipelines, and campaign management.

Ability to take initiative, identify process gaps, and create automated solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with API integrations and webhooks inside GHL.

Background in digital marketing or sales funnels.

Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.

Work Details

Start Part-Time, with the ability to move to Full-Time within the first month.

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

You’ll be supported by a team of full-time HighLevel consultants and automation experts.
