JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Squarespace Developer to redesign and optimize our team website to match the precision and luxury of our brand.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

Complete visual redesign of our Squarespace site to match high-end real estate branding

Enhancing SEO performance, site speed, and mobile responsiveness

Integrating real estate IDX or MLS search plugins (or best alternative for Squarespace)

Creating agent profile pages and dynamic listings (with future scalability in mind)

Embedding lead capture forms, Zillow Flex lead routing, and CRM (Follow Up Boss) integrations

Implementing automation-friendly layouts for Zapier, Calendly, and Google Analytics

Adding SEO schema, blog templates, and testimonial modules

Optimizing for ChatGPT/AI search ranking visibility

Required Experience

? Minimum 3 years of professional Squarespace development
? Strong portfolio of completed Squarespace websites (include real estate or luxury brand sites if available)
? Knowledge of modern design standards and SEO optimization
? Familiarity with integrations such as:

Follow Up Boss, Zapier, Calendly, Google Analytics/Tag Manager

IDX Broker, SquareSpace Scheduling, or custom API embeds

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience connecting Squarespace to CRMs like Follow Up Boss

Graphic or brand design experience (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)

Understanding of real estate digital marketing funnels

Knowledge of custom code injections (CSS/JS) for enhanced UI

Deliverables

Fully redesigned Squarespace website with all pages live and mobile-optimized

Integrated contact forms and automation triggers

SEO-tuned metadata and analytics

Tutorial or quick SOP for the team on updating site content
