We’re looking for a disciplined outbound sales professional based in the Philippines to connect with property owners facing urgent, complex situations—delinquent taxes, inherited estates, title issues, and more. Our sellers aren’t just “leads”—they’re people in transition who need straight answers and real solutions.
This is not a basic call center job.

Role Overview:
Primary focus: Outbound calling to distressed property owners—cold calls, follow-ups, and active pipeline management.
Objective: Uncover seller motivation, determine property fit, and guide owners to a clear outcome (offers or next steps).
Daily routine: High phone activity, rapid qualification, disciplined follow-up, accurate notes.
Pace: High volume, high accountability. Activity and results are tracked and reviewed.
Compensation Structure:
Base pay: Modest, for reliability.
Commission: Significant; your earnings scale with your results.
No ceiling: Top performers set their own income.
Underperformance: Addressed quickly—excuses are not accepted.
Environment & Expectations:
You control your own pipeline—but are measured daily.
Calls are monitored, results are tracked, and feedback is regular.
