About Us
We’re a rapidly growing U.S. credit consulting and development firm that helps clients repair, rebuild, and protect their financial profiles while ensuring strict compliance with consumer protection laws.
Our clients often face FCRA violations, unfair debt collection practices, wrongful reinsertions, charge-offs, and credit bureau negligence. We’re expanding our legal division and seeking an experienced Consumer Protection Attorney to take the lead on litigation, arbitration, and client advocacy.

Role Overview
You’ll work directly with our CEO and dispute processing team to identify violations, prepare legal strategies, and pursue cases where clients have legitimate claims under FCRA, FDCPA, and related consumer laws. This is a partnership-oriented role ideal for an attorney who’s passionate about consumer rights and wants to collaborate with a high-volume credit consulting brand.
