We build small, fast project teams and hire freelancers per task. You will find, screen, negotiate, and onboard talent quickly. You will keep a live shortlist so replacements happen within 72 hours without delays.
What you will do
• Translate a one-line need into a clear job post and screening plan.
• Source candidates, run structured screening, and present ranked shortlists.
• Negotiate rates and start dates; coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Keep decision logs, candidate trackers, and simple hiring metrics.
• Maintain a ready bench for common roles.
Outcomes we expect
• Ranked shortlist with rates and ETAs within 48–72 hours of a request.
• Common roles filled within 3 business days.
• Clean records: posts, shortlists, trackers, and decision notes.
Must-have skills
• Proven remote hiring experience with evidence.
• Strong written English and clear, concise communication.
• Discipline with checklists, rubrics, and deadlines.
