JOB OVERVIEW

We're building an automated content network across multiple niches and need someone to identify trending content sources, curate high-quality articles, and establish content discovery strategies. You'll be the content intelligence behind our automation system.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Research and identify trending content sources across various niches (tech, lifestyle, business, health, etc.)
- Curate high-quality articles and content that performs well in each niche
- Monitor content trends and viral topics across social media and news platforms
- Establish RSS feeds and content sources for automation workflows
- Quality control - assess content for rewrite potential and audience appeal
- Competitor analysis - identify successful content strategies in target niches

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and evaluate trending article sources for 10+ different niches
- Create content discovery guidelines and quality standards
- Monitor social media trends (Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) for content opportunities
- Research and document successful content formats and topics per niche
- Work with technical team to set up content extraction sources
- Analyze content performance and adjust discovery strategies

Required Skills:
- Excellent English writing and comprehension
- Content research and trend analysis experience
- Understanding of viral content and social media trends
- Basic SEO knowledge (what makes content rank and perform well)
- Research skills (finding authoritative sources, fact-checking)
- Attention to detail for content quality assessment

Preferred Experience:
- Content marketing or digital marketing background
- Social media management or trend monitoring
- Experience with content curation tools
- Knowledge of RSS feeds and content aggregation
- Understanding of different content niches and audiences
- Experience with content performance analytics

Tools You'll Use:
- Social media monitoring tools
- RSS feed readers and aggregators
- Content research platforms
- Google Trends and similar trend analysis tools
- Basic spreadsheet/database tools for tracking sources

- Someone who naturally consumes a lot of online content
- Good instinct for what content will perform well
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple niches
- Strong organizational skills for tracking sources and trends
- Curiosity about different topics and industries

Project Timeline:
- Week 1-2: Research and establish initial content sources for all niches
- Week 3-4: Set up monitoring systems and quality guidelines
- Ongoing: Daily content discovery, weekly trend reports, monthly strategy reviews
