Job Title: Graphic Designer & Animator – Adobe Creative Suite Expert

Company: Twin Sisters Digital Media
Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Open to both)

About the Role
Twin Sisters Digital Media, a leading creator of children’s educational content, is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer & Animator proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). This role involves designing visuals and animations for children’s books, educational videos, social media content, and digital learning assets.

The ideal candidate is not just a designer but a visual storyteller with exceptional written communication skills, capable of collaborating and presenting ideas clearly in a digital team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout children’s books, worksheets, and digital learning materials
- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations for video content, reels, and interactive media
- Illustrate and develop original character art and playful visual assets for kids’ content
- Design high-conversion social media graphics and animated posts
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and storytelling tone
- Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing and marketing
- Participate in creative brainstorming and provide input on visual concepts and animation style
- Communicate clearly and meet deadlines aligned to Eastern Standard Time

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (additional tools like Animate or Character Animator are a plus)
- Strong animation portfolio with examples of 2D and (preferably) 3D animation
- Excellent written communication skills—must be able to document processes, present ideas, and communicate updates clearly
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, especially for children’s educational and entertainment markets
- Ability to illustrate original artwork in a playful, kid-friendly style is highly desirable
- Experience designing for social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and deliver on deadlines
- Must be available to work and attend meetings during EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with children’s media, educational publishing, or kids’ entertainment
- Familiarity with audio synchronization and motion graphics for educational songs or stories
- Knowledge of preparing content for digital platforms and eBook publishing
- Experience in storyboarding, character development, and simple animatics
