web development and hands-on experience integrating AI solutions. This is a key role where technology
meets business impact — ideal for someone who loves clean code, intelligent user interfaces, and building
high-performance, data-driven experiences.

Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend & AI Developer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance
websites while integrating AI-powered features that enhance user experience and drive growth. You’ll
work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to create intelligent user journeys, run A/B testing
experiments, and leverage AI to improve SEO, CRO, and personalization strategies. This role blends
technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to help shape the future of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites and React-based frontends.
Integrate AI tools, APIs, and models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow.js, custom inference
endpoints) into web applications.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement A/B tests and personalize user
experiences using AI-driven strategies.
Ensure all websites are fast, SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized, and visually appealing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across both frontend and AI integrations.
Proactively propose and implement improvements in UX, performance, and functionality.
Contribute to strategic discussions on AI-driven product features and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level skills in WordPress, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proven experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or automation tools into production environments.
Strong working knowledge of Python for building or adapting AI functionalities.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector search, or LLM-based features.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, SEO, and CRO strategies.
Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for layout, typography, and user experience.
Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Experience with headless WordPress setups is a plus.
