We’re looking for a lead developer and automation architect who can help bring this multi-agent vision to life — connecting OpenAI models, automations, and real workflows into one intelligent system.

???? About the Role

You’ll be the main developer and system builder, responsible for designing and maintaining our AI and automation infrastructure.
You’ll start by implementing our DirectorGPT (AI orchestration layer), which manages and communicates with multiple specialized agents (SalesGPT, ArtBot, VendorGPT, etc.).

???? Key Responsibilities
• Build and connect AI agents (OpenAI API, GPTs, assistants, LangChain, etc.)
• Design and maintain automations using Zapier, ---------- , or n8n
• Integrate tools such as:
• QuickBooks Online (quotes, POs, invoices)
• Trello (task management)
• Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets)
• Magento (E-commerce)
• Develop a scalable multi-agent framework (DirectorGPT + role-specific agents)
• Automate workflows like:
• Quoting and PO creation
• Vendor communication and follow-ups
• Art approvals and order tracking
• Marketing and client outreach automation
• Document processes and create modular, reusable systems
• Collaborate with the founder on high-level architecture and feature roadmap

???? Required Skills
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Proven experience with OpenAI API or LangChain
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or another backend scripting language
• Experience with Zapier / ---------- / n8n / API integrations
• Google Workspace API familiarity
• Knowledge of automation logic, triggers, and webhooks
• Comfortable architecting systems that talk to each other (not just chatbots)

• Experience integrating QuickBooks Online, Trello, or CRMs
• Knowledge of AI multi-agent frameworks or orchestration logic
• Background in e-commerce or digital operations automation
• Ability to manage or train junior automation assistants later on
