Job Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Static Ads Designer with a strong understanding of Meta
You’ll design scroll-stopping static ads for e-commerce brands — focused on performance, clarity, and visual storytelling.
We produce hundreds of creatives monthly across multiple DTC brands, so this role is ideal for designers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment and understand how to blend design aesthetics with marketing psychology.
Responsibilities:
Design high-performing static ads for Meta
Implement ad concepts from scripts, headlines, and examples provided by our creative team.
Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to iterate based on performance data.
Maintain consistent file organization and naming conventions.
Deliver multiple ad variations and sizes optimized for Meta placements.
Apply performance feedback to refine future designs.
Stay updated on current Meta ad trends and visual styles.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing Meta or social media ads (portfolio required).
Strong grasp of layout, typography, contrast, and visual hierarchy.
Deep understanding of what makes an ad convert (not just look pretty).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva Pro.
Excellent communication and ability to take feedback.
Reliable and able to turn around 5–10 static ads per day when needed.
Bonus: Experience working with DTC brands or ad agencies.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of creative hooks and direct-response marketing.
Ability to generate new ad concepts from research or competitor examples.
Knowledge of Meta creative best practices (text ratios, framing, CTA placement).
Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools.
Compensation:
$700–$1,600 per month (full-time) or $10–$30 per ad (project-based), depending on skill level and output speed.
Long-term growth potential with consistent workload and performance bonuses.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, but must be able to meet fast turnaround times (24–48 hours for most projects).
Communication primarily through Slack and Airtable.
