JOB OVERVIEW

Daleel Alsahraa for Freight Forwarding Services is looking for a talented and driven Air Shipping Coordinator to join our team.
We are a freight forwarding company based in Baghdad, Iraq, offering services to clients around the globe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals aged 18 to 35 who are looking for a role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world or on-site in our Baghdad office.

Air Shipping Coordinator
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of air freight operations, handling both import and export services. Our focus is importing to Iraq and exporting from Iraq to other countries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinate the entire shipping process for Air shipments.
• Manage assigned shipping processes, ensuring accurate and timely updates are entered into our system to maintain complete and reliable records.
• Conduct thorough reviews of quotes and rates before submitting them for supervisor consideration.
• Negotiate to secure the best possible rates in accordance with project needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and respond promptly to team inquiries.
• Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements):
• 18 to 35 years old (Male and Female applicants welcome).
• Must have strong English speaking, writing, and understanding skills. No Arabic knowledge is required.
• Basic to moderate Excel skills are needed.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a significant plus.

Compensation and Work Details
• Salary is a range from 750 $ to 1,500 $ based on the skill and will be discussed during the interview.
• 8 hours per day, will be negotiated and discussed during the interview.
• One day of leave per week.
• The first three months of employment will be considered a probationary period, you will receive your full salary during this time.

Work Location and Training
• This position is open to applicants from around the globe as on-site work is not mandatory.
• You will receive one month of training if needed.
• If the successful applicant is from another country and expresses a desire to live and work in Iraq, Daleel Alsahraa will, after thoughtful consideration, handle the successful candidate's travel and accommodation to Baghdad.
