About Us:
NextGenPadel.SG is a premium kids Padel coaching and school camp program launching in Singapore. Our focus: small group coaching (max 6 kids), high quality experience, and seamless booking process for parents. We are looking for a skilled web developer to build our landing page + booking and payment system (Apple Pay).
Role Overview:
-We need a developer to build a mobile-first landing page that includes:
-Program overview (Mini / Junior / Pro)
- School holiday camp schedule with seat limit (max 6 kids per session)
-Booking form + Apple Pay payment integration (Stripe or similar)
-WhatsApp floating button for direct inquiries (click-to-chat)
-Social links (Instagram, TikTok,
-Google Reviews display section + "View on Google" link
-Optimized for fast mobile loading + Google Analytics ready
Requirements:
-Experience with WordPress + Amelia / Bookly / appointment plugin
-AND Webflow with Stripe / Apple Pay integration
-Able to implement Apple Pay via Stripe Checkout
-Understand UX for fast mobile booking in 3 taps
-Can integrate WhatsApp business chat button
-Bonus: experience with Google Reviews embed or API
-Able to suggest best technical stack and move fast
Deliverables:
-Fully working live site + admin login
-Booking system with session capacity management
-Payment test via Apple Pay/live Stripe
-Connected social icons & WhatsApp
Basic documentation or quick Loom video on how to update camps/prices

Phase Engagement Style Why
A. Phase 1 (Setup / Build) GIG / Project-based contract for Developer + Designer separately Fast output, clear deliverables, milestone payments, highest efficiency.
B. Phase 2 (Soft Launch) Part-time (5–8 hrs/week) support — retain the designer OR content-ready VA to continue weekly content posting & updates Keeps visual consistency, ensures brand feels alive & active.
C. Phase 3 (Scale) — once camps grow and you open multiple slots or expand audience Optional hire a part-time retained developer or VA to manage bookings & tech (but you may not need full-time unless you add e-commerce, app, membership, etc.)
