Job Description

You will be selling to small businesses in the US (daycares and preschools), calling/emailing inbound and outbound leads (EST/Central hours). You must have a desire to close, but also be compassionate. This is NOT a hard sales role, we are not looking for sharks who sell at all costs.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and
• Manage your pipeline: follow-up
• Accurately maintain records in our CRM to ensure up-to-date customer info and status

• Fluent English and Spanish speaker
• 2 to 10+ years of experience with inside sales / customer support
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Home office: high speed internet + privacy (office or room with no background noise)

CareLuLu helps parents find the right child care or preschool program, by providing all the information in one place (photos, openings, cost, verified reviews, etc.) We also help child care providers grow their business while saving time for what truly matters: children! NOTE: in this role, you will NOT speak to parents; you will speak/sell to daycare owners. Please take that into consideration in your application and tell us why you can sell to daycare owners (NOT parents!)

Compensation / Benefits

• 13th month and possibility of HMO with tenure
• Vacation days / PTO with perfect attendance + attendance bonus
• Competitive base + UNCAPPED commission; full-time home-based job, with a salary from 50,000 to 100,000 (including base 25k-50k + uncapped commission 25k-50k or more). The base depends on skills/experience and commission depends on sales.
