We trust you to excel remotely, working approximately 20-25 hours per week from the Philippines. You'll collaborate seamlessly using centralized project management software, with regular feedback from experienced marketing professionals who are genuinely invested in your growth.

You'll be transforming video clips, photos, voice notes, and topic briefs into engaging social posts, thought-leadership articles, and newsletters that showcase your talent and build your portfolio.
You will be supported by established brand guidelines, custom AI tools, and feedback from our experienced marketing team who are passionate about helping you succeed.
As a Marketing Assistant at Eloquent, you will play a crucial role in managing our multi-platform presence. Your responsibilities will typically involve:
- Creating 5 engaging social media posts per week for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Researching and writing 1 comprehensive blog post per week using AI assistance
- Crafting 1 thought leadership article per week for LinkedIn Pulse
- Compiling and creating 1 monthly
- Following engagement checklists to maximize post performance and respond to comments
- Using centralized software for content approval workflows and maintaining scheduling consistency
- Monitoring performance metrics and incorporating feedback efficiently

- Excellent understanding of what works on each social media platform
- An eye for what works visually and what will be compelling
- Excellent written English communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and guidelines
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup
- Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly
- Experience with Mailchimp, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing skills will be viewed favourably
