Shopify Backend & Customer Service Manager (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced backend support manager to handle customer service, disputes, and backend operations for our Shopify dropshipping stores.
You’ll be responsible for keeping customers happy, reducing chargebacks, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Managing customer service
Handling chargebacks, disputes, and refund requests (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Disputifier)
Communicating clearly and politely with customers
Coordinating with suppliers on replacements, tracking, and logistics
Updating fulfillment data and solving delivery issues
Keeping backend systems organized and efficient
Creating and improving customer service templates and workflows
???? You Should Have
Experience in the dropshipping niche (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of the Shopify backend (orders, returns, disputes)
Understanding of customer psychology in e-commerce
Experience with tools like Disputifier, Gorgias, or Shopify Inbox
Fluent written English and great communication skills
Organized, consistent, and proactive mindset
1–2 hours available daily
