JOB OVERVIEW

About Prospera Media

Prospera Media is an Amazon Growth Agency. We partner with category-leading consumer brands to unlock more revenue and profit on Amazon—via full-service brand management and advertising-only engagements.

Role Snapshot

Own the Amazon growth strategy across our portfolio. You will set the marketplace vision, establish playbooks, and lead a senior team (brand managers, advertising managers, analysts, creatives) to deliver profitable scale. You’re deeply fluent in Amazon paid ads, SEO, and content, and you turn that expertise into systems the team can execute. Selective client-facing for strategy, QBRs, and escalations.

Level: Director (people leader of managers)
Experience: 10+ years in Amazon/ecommerce; 5+ years managing managers
Schedule: Core overlap with 10:00–18:00 PHT; flexibility for key client/QBR windows
Comp: Competitive (salary + performance bonus)
Start: ASAP

What You’ll Own
• Growth Strategy & Roadmaps
• Build portfolio-level frameworks for acquisition, rank, and retention (TACoS guardrails, rank plays, NTB expansion).
• Define 30/60/90 plans per brand; tie to margin and inventory reality.
• Advertising Excellence (SP/SB/SD + DSP)
• Set account architecture standards, negative/harvest rules, bid/placement methods, and pacing cadences.
• Approve rank pushes; balance efficiency vs. share-of-voice.
• Content & SEO Leadership
• Establish retail-readiness benchmarks (imagery/A+/Stores), keyword hierarchies, and experimentation standards (titles/images/A+).
• Ensure brand voice and compliance (supplements/pet, claims, category nuance).
• Assortment, Pricing & Promo Strategy
• Guide pack strategy, pricing corridors, Subscribe & Save, seasonal plays, and cross-channel conflict management.
• International Expansion & New Surfaces
• Evaluate CA/UK/EU expansion, Posts/Lives/Brand Tailored Promotions; pilot, measure, standardize.
• Executive Communication
• Run monthly portfolio reviews; shape QBR narratives; translate data into decisions.

KPIs You’re Accountable For
• Portfolio revenue growth and contribution margin
• TACoS within guardrails; category share of voice / rank on hero terms
• In-stock% / IPI risk reduction during scale pushes
• Experiment velocity and documented win rates
• Client retention and QBR satisfaction on strategy

Must-Haves
• 10+ years Amazon/ecommerce with progressive scope; 5+ years leading managers/teams.
• Expert in Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD/DSP), SEO, and content playbooks that drive CVR and rank.
• Hands-on fluency with Seller/Vendor Central, Brand Analytics, category nuances, compliance.
• Strong financial literacy (TACoS vs. margin, promo impact, inventory math).
• Writes crisp strategy memos; builds SOPs that others can run.

Nice to Have
• Tools: Pacvue/Perpetua/Skai, Helium 10/Jungle Scout, Looker Studio, Sheets/Excel.
• Experience with omni-channel brands and international marketplaces.

How to Apply (follow exactly)
1. Subject: PROSPERA — Director of Amazon apply here or email to ----------
2. Attach CV + two strategy memos you authored (redacted OK) showing before/after metrics.
3. In your message, answer:

• A failed experiment and what you changed.

*Failure to follow the above will result in your application being rejected right away.
