JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing email marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands build retention and drive revenue through high-performing Klaviyo campaigns and flows.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert who can write persuasive copy, use ChatGPT intelligently to speed up ideation and optimization, and run A/B tests that move the needle.

You’ll plan, write, and optimize email flows and campaigns—turning data into actionable insights and creative improvements. You’ll also collaborate with our Chief Designer to bring your copy and strategy to life visually.

This is a hands-on, creative + analytical role for someone who can think like a strategist, write like a copywriter, and execute like a Klaviyo pro.

What You’ll Do:

Strategize, write, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)

Create campaign calendars and strategies based on client goals, seasonality, and customer behavior

Use ChatGPT to brainstorm copy angles, subject lines, and A/B test variations

Write high-converting email copy (subject lines, headers, CTAs, and body content) aligned with each brand’s tone

Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, design, copy, and send timing to improve KPIs

Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) and present performance insights

Upload, QA, and schedule campaigns and flows in Klaviyo

Collaborate in Figma to review designs and ensure visuals complement your copy

Continuously refine messaging, segmentation, and flow logic to increase retention and conversions

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing Klaviyo email marketing for ecommerce brands

Strong copywriting skills with examples of persuasive, conversion-driven emails

Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools to support copywriting and ideation

Data-driven mindset with proven A/B testing experience

Deep understanding of email strategy, customer journeys, and retention marketing

Technical proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify

Familiarity with Figma for giving feedback on design

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple brands

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience writing SMS campaigns in Klaviyo

Basic HTML/CSS for minor troubleshooting

Familiarity with analytics tools like Triple Whale or Google Analytics
