JOB OVERVIEW

We’re growing a friendly and thoughtful Reddit community focused on [insert your subreddit’s topic — e.g., homeschooling and AI tools for modern parents].
We’re looking for reliable, English-fluent virtual assistants who understand Reddit culture and can help us keep conversations active, natural, and engaging.

This is not spam posting or automation work — it’s real community participation, helping us build a genuine space for people to share ideas and experiences.

Responsibilities

Join relevant Reddit discussions using natural, conversational comments

Engage thoughtfully with posts in our subreddit (ask questions, share opinions, encourage discussion)

Spot trending or interesting Reddit threads related to our topics and summarize them for our team

Draft or suggest short Reddit-style posts (we’ll provide examples and prompts)

Track weekly engagement results (replies, upvotes, comments, etc.)

Requirements

Strong written English and understanding of Reddit tone and humor

Prior Reddit experience (an active account is a plus)

Ability to follow simple posting guidelines — no copy-paste comments or marketing language

Reliable internet and consistent communication

10–20 hours of availability per week

Compensation
