JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Business Intelligence & Data Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a data-driven virtual assistant with strong experience in business intelligence (BI) software like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Domo, and connecting various data sources to create insightful dashboards. We primarily utilize Metabase, which is easy to learn if you have experience with BI software.

If you love turning raw data into visual stories that drive smarter business decisions — this role is for you.

???? Responsibilities

Set up and manage Metabase dashboards for business performance monitoring

Connect and integrate multiple data sources, including:

QuickBooks Online (financial data)

Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads (marketing performance)

Google Analytics / website traffic data (conversion tracking)

Create automated, visually clear dashboards for KPIs and performance insights

Troubleshoot data connection or sync issues

Help identify key metrics for marketing, sales, and operations

Provide weekly data summaries and reports

???? Requirements

Proven experience with BI Software

Experience with business intelligence tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar)

Familiarity with connecting APIs or data connectors to integrate:

QuickBooks Online

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager

Other CRMs or data sources

Good understanding of SQL or database querying (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Excellent written and spoken English

Reliable internet connection and proactive communication
