Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ---------- Specialist to help us design, optimize, and maintain our workspaces for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate has direct experience configuring ---------- for companies in IT, Telecom, or Software Sales, where sales cycles, project delivery, and client operations are closely tied together.

Responsibilities
- Build and optimize boards, dashboards, and automations to streamline operations.
- Align ---------- workflows with sales, service delivery, and project management needs.
- Recommend and implement best practices for long-term scalability.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization to ensure our team is using ---------- effectively.
- Develop custom reports and visualizations to help leadership track KPIs and performance.
- Advise on and implement integrations with CRM, communication, or reporting tools.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on ---------- experience in building and managing workspaces (not just end-user experience).
- Demonstrated success helping IT, Telecom, or SaaS/software sales companies use ---------- to improve operations.
- Strong knowledge of automation design, dashboards, and integrations (Zapier, Make, API connections a plus).
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into efficient workflows.
- Strong communication skills, capable of training and supporting our team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience structuring sales pipelines, client onboarding, or service delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM platform (PipeDrive) and how it ties into ---------- .
