We’re looking for a skilled SEO Virtual Assistant to help Bolt Laundry Service grow its Google rankings and online authority nationwide.
Bolt Laundry Service is a professional pickup and delivery laundry company serving multiple U.S. cities. We’re expanding rapidly and want to dominate local search results in every market we serve.

If you’re passionate about SEO, backlink building, and helping websites rise to the top of Google — we’d love to have you on our team.

???? About the Role

Your main focus will be to build authority and backlinks for our laundry service websites.
You’ll help improve search rankings for hundreds of service + city pages — like “Laundry Service Boston,” “Wash and Fold in Chicago,” “Laundry Pickup Dallas,” and more.

You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to identify ranking opportunities, create high-quality backlinks, and build trust and visibility across all cities.

???? Responsibilities

Build high-quality backlinks through Web 2.0s, local directories, niche edits, and guest posts

Create and manage Web 2.0 blogs (WordPress, Blogger, Medium, etc.) for different cities, linking back to our main site naturally

Submit Bolt Laundry Service to relevant directories and citation sites (NAP consistency required)

Research and replicate competitor backlink profiles

Write or edit short SEO articles with city-specific keywords

Track and report keyword rankings, backlink growth, and authority metrics using Ahrefs and Google Search Console

Identify new backlink and content opportunities to improve SERP visibility

Maintain spreadsheets for tracking backlinks, citations, and domain metrics

Ensure all SEO activities follow white-hat standards

???? Requirements

2+ years of experience in SEO and backlink building

Proven experience improving rankings through link acquisition and authority building

Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO

Experience using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Comfortable managing multiple city-specific campaigns

Experience with WordPress publishing preferred

Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profiles

Familiarity with anchor text diversity and link velocity strategy

Experience building backlinks from high-DA blogs and local citations

Basic understanding of content optimization tools like SurferSEO or ChatGPT

Ability to create monthly SEO performance reports
