What You'll Do in This Job:
The Repair & Maintenance team is responsible for ensuring our properties are 5 stars. You will be:
- Managing the preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring that preventive maintenance is completed on time.
- Receiving maintenance requests from multiple sources, then coordinating with local vendors and staff to resolve issues quickly and minimize guest impact.
- Troubleshooting problems remotely, obtaining quotes, and tracking all maintenance activities and expenses.
- Communicating with owners to describe issues, provide documentation, and obtain approvals while balancing guest needs and owner budgets.
- Managing vendor relationships and maintaining our list of reliable local contractors.
- Coordinating necessary preventive maintenance to maintain our quality standards.
