About the Role

We’re hiring a senior-level SEO content writer with strong keyword research expertise to lead content strategy and execution.

This is a content-first role with a heavy emphasis on keyword research and search intent—ideal for someone who can independently identify opportunities and turn them into high-ranking, high-converting content.

This is not a technical SEO role.

We are looking for a writer who can think strategically about search, not someone focused on backend SEO.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
Analyze top-ranking competitor pages (structure, depth, intent alignment)
Identify search intent, topic clusters, and content gaps
Develop clear, SEO-driven content outlines
Audit and significantly improve existing content to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions
Identify underperforming pages and implement content upgrades, re-optimization, and structural improvements
Refresh content to better align with search intent, keyword targeting, and current SEO best practices
Write long-form, authoritative legal content
Continuously optimize content based on performance data and SEO insights

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional content writing experience (required)
Proven experience with SEO-driven content and keyword strategy
Strong ability to translate keyword research into content that ranks
Experience in legal, medical, or other high-trust industries (preferred)
Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, or similar
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve efficiency
Ability to own the full content lifecycle, from research to optimization

Work Expectations

Full-time availability during working hours
High attention to detail and consistency
Ability to think strategically and proactively suggest content opportunities
