Job Title: Graphic Designer (Amazon & Web Content) - AI Knowledge Required
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract (with potential extension based on business needs)
We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who combines exceptional design abilities with intermediate to advanced AI expertise. This role is ideal for someone who understands that AI is an essential part of a modern creative workflow, not a replacement for creativity, but a tool to produce higher-quality work with faster turnaround times.
You will create compelling visual content for Amazon listings, A+ Content, our company website, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns while leveraging AI tools to streamline image creation, editing, concept development, and video production. The ideal candidate knows when to use AI, how to write effective prompts, and how to refine AI-generated assets into polished, brand-consistent deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting Amazon listing images that clearly communicate product features and benefits.
- Create Amazon A+ Content and Brand Story assets that align with brand guidelines and improve customer engagement.
- Design website graphics, product pages, landing page visuals, banners, and promotional assets.
- Produce engaging blog graphics and supporting visuals for digital marketing content.
- Create short-form marketing videos, animations, and motion graphics using a combination of traditional design tools and AI-powered video platforms.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate image generation, editing, background replacement, object removal, creative ideation, video creation, and production workflows.
- Write effective prompts and iterate on AI-generated content to achieve professional-quality results.
- Edit, retouch, and refine AI-generated assets to ensure they meet brand standards and look polished.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to develop creative assets that support business goals.
- Maintain and organize design templates, AI prompt libraries, brand assets, and creative resources for efficient project execution.
- Stay current with emerging AI design tools and recommend workflow improvements that increase productivity and creative output.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing for e-commerce, preferably Amazon marketplaces.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using AI creative tools as part of your daily design workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to significantly improve speed, efficiency, and creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional design work and AI-assisted creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent professional design software.
- Experience with AI image generation and editing tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Ideogram, or similar platforms).
- Experience with AI video creation tools (such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, or similar platforms).
- Strong prompt-writing skills and the ability to refine AI-generated content into production-ready assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and conversion-focused design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central image requirements and A+ Content specifications.
Preferred:
- Experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience.
- Experience creating social media advertising creatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and conversion rate optimization principles.
- Passion for staying ahead of emerging AI technologies and incorporating them into creative workflows.
